Living into your power within a moment called NOW

There is a beauty in dealing with things that present themselves to us in the present- in the present. It is an acknowledgment of the power, authority we innately have… to access it and use it to lead purpose driven lives with fuller experiences. Interacting with the innate power and authority brings up feelings of confidence in the usage. Being clear about our desires and acting upon based on the strength of our heart’s conviction not from a fear based place. There is a sense of freedom in this active participation which stirs our inner sense of peace of mind. Which magnifies the vibration of release resonating through the active acknowledgement and use of your ability. All this can be and is experienced each time we are actively engaged in the right now of a moment. Can this be apart of the a daily practice propelling us into moving with a healthy sense of our power to live boldly from our hearts not hocked up on fear or conceit or ego mingled with pride? That could be a tall order however it is accessible if done in consistent small steps.
How much more courageous would it be to come to each moment with an open heart?
Allowing the past to be just that…the past.
Moments that have come before, but do not dictate your Now moment. These past moments may offer the insight to be aware of how we’d like to experience a moment with greater sense of self or greater sense of integrity or greater sense of maturity or greater sense of compassion or greater sense of adventure…. Not to be imprisoned by the happenings of the past moments and live it out again from a place of fear or trauma not healed   not confronted.
Doesn’t that make you want to take a deep inhale and loud exhaling breath at the thought of all that will allow you?
The space between.
The opportunity to be clear about what is being presented to you not clouded with what was and jumping to a conclusion based on that which came before.
What if it doesn’t? What if this NEW moment is completely new? Affording you the opportunity to show up differently each and every time. Without the defensiveness, without the armor, without the past hurts, without the stories of this is why I am how I am because of….
Each moment can be so full if you allow it to be. There is a richness of accessible options open to you when participating  in the right Now. You realize that all the weighty-ness you’ve been dragging around is due to not letting the past be released at the time in which the thing happened.
How much more courageous would it be to come to each moment with an open heart?
