At this time where healing is resonating with the bodies (energetic, natural, spiritual) self care is participating in the healing. Healing through practicing self care demonstrates commitment to being aware of yourself and the needs of you. Acting with consistency for the benefit of self and then others. However, service of others does not happen before practicing healing of yourself for confidence in you with you. This translates into confidence when delivering service to others with benevolence.
